You'll receive a clear quote with the price, estimated delivery time, and revision policy. I use per-word or flat-rate pricing depending on the project.
Once you approve the quote, send a written confirmation and a 50% deposit (for new clients or larger projects). Work begins after confirmation.

I'll send the translated draft and ask you to review it. Included revisions and the feedback deadline will be clearly noted.
I'll address your feedback within the agreed scope. Any changes beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.
Once you're satisfied, I'll issue an invoice for the remaining balance. The final clean file will be delivered after payment is confirmed.
